Capital Campaign and Expansion Project Introduction

Since 1858 the Washington Fire Company has protected the Borough of Mechanicsburg and its surrounding communities with Life Saving Fire and Rescue Services. We have been an integral part of our community for a century and a half understanding, its needs, population, and architecture.

The last century has seen explosive changes throughout the fire service. In the last 100 years we have progressed from horse drawn equipment to modern multifunction apparatus. Our community has grown now we must grow with it.

The intention of this presentation is to familiarize you with our project, our needs, and goals and how we are going to go about fulfilling these goals. While reviewing our presentation please keep in mind that as a resident this directly affects your safety as well as the protection of your property and loved ones.
