Engine 128 is owned by the Borough of Mechanicsburg and housed at Station 28. The newest of two borough owned engines it has sufficient capabilities to handle most structure fires as well as light vehicle rescue. It was built by W.S. Darley on a Spartan Diamond Series Chassis and delivered to the borough in May of 1996 |

The pump panel is functional and compact by today's standards. The 6 pre-connect cross lays are fed by a 1500 gpm pump and 500 gallon tank. A 20 gallon class A Foam System by Foam Pro rounds out the configuration.

The hose bed has sufficient space for the 1800 ft of 5" supply line.
